Summary of General Inflatable Safety Rules

(1) A RESPONSIBLE FULLY TRAINED ADULT MUST SUPERVISE Inflatable at all times. Do not allow children to enter the inflatable without 100% CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION.

(2) All riders must remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, combs, hair clips or any other sharp or hard objects that may cause injury to other children or the inflatable prior to entering ANY inflatable.

(3) Absolutely NO Food, Drink, Gum, or Silly String inside Inflatable.

(4) When riders are in the Bounce House/Inflatable, there should be NO flips, wrestling, running, pushing, climbing the nets or walls or any other aggressive behavior that could injure other children. Do not let riders bounce against the sides or entrance of Inflatable.

(5) Only children of comparable age and size should use inflatable at the same time. Mixing children of different sizes will greatly increase the risk of injury.

(6) It is NOT recommended for children to sit or lay down while other children are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on top of a sitting or lying child causing injury.

(7) STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the bouncer if Winds exceed 15 M.P.H. or if starts to rain, or if any other condition exists which may cause an unsafe or questionable condition. Once all children have exited turn the blower motor off & fold inflatable in half. Wait for the weather to subside or for any other condition to change before allowing children to re enter the inflatable.

(8) If the blower motor stops: Have the children calmly exit the inflatable. Most often the cause is an overloaded circuit or a piece of debris in front of the blower intake. Reset the circuit breaker and make sure the blower is pluged into a dedicated circuit. Clear any debris away from the intake on the blower.

  • You will have plenty of time to help your users quickly and safely exit the unit as it takes 30-45 seconds for the unit to deflate. This situation can cause panic unless the adult supervisor stays calm.
  • Check to see if the on/off switch on the blower has been turned off or the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug them back in and the ride will immediately re-inflate.
  • Contact or have someone contact Jump-a-Roo at (678) 229-1900 to check the problem.

(9) FAILURE TO USE GOOD JUDGMENT AND TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY RULES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. THE OPERATOR MUST ALWAYS INSURE THE INFLATABLE IS PROPERLY STAKED & OR WEIGHTED DOWN USING ALL TIE DOWN POINTS ON INFLATABLE AVAILABLE & SUPERVISED BY A TRAINED ATTENDANT INSURING ALL SAFETY RULES ARE FOLLOWED ACCORDINGLY
